The scene has been modeled in Maya. There is a library on the background and a table on which there is a lectern with the ancient book on top. On the sides, there are piles of books and a lantern with a consumed candle.
Finally, the scene has been textured and the menu has been added as part of it. I used Substance Painter to texture and render the final scene. 
I designed the UI as an ancient book. I wanted the player to navigate the menus as if he were leafing through the pages of a book that collects the secrets of legendary heroes.
The main menu, with buttons to navigate the screens is on the left page. On the right page, I wanted to create an overview of the last saving made by the player, including player stats (with player's name, level and XP, gold and gems collected), and character overview with respective level, stats and equipment.
The User Interface has been fully designed and realized in Photoshop. Some of the assets are placeholders and have been used just to give the idea of the general color palette. I wanted to give the idea of a Gothic style, with curved and elegant gold lines for the frames, embellished with gems.

The purpose of this section on my website is to prove that I can conceive a game menu and fully implant it into a scene modeled in Maya. The main menu, the icons and the layout have been designed using photoshop for a hypothetic MOBA game. the scene has been modeled in Maya and textured and rendered in Substance Painter.
